We were fortunate to have Luis recommended to us by a retired contractor who used Luis to replace his own roof, that like ours was very complex and difficult. We were replacing a very steep wood shingled roof with an expensive new roofing system that looked very similar to our wood shingles. I got a number of bids from well established roofers but ultimately chose Luis because he actually worked on the instillation rather than just being just an employer. He is extremely knowledgable, experienced and skilled and the end result was beyond our very high expectations. Luis also replaced our skylights and gutters which were also perfectly installed. Luis, Cesar and the others who helped couldn’t have been nicer or more considerate. They cleaned up at the end of every work day and even worked on a Saturday to avoid some possible rain. We give them the highest rating possible because they certainly earned it.

We bought a house in Santa Cruz in October 2023. The roof was a disaster, as there were obvious signs of past roof leaks and major issues. It was stressful for me and my wife because we knew there would be more leaks once the rains began again. There were broken eaves, lots of dry rot, and some very difficult carpentry. Luis gave us a proposal within several days of us contacting him, and started the job shortly therafter. His crew solved our problems and worked diligently (including during the weekend) to get us buttoned up before the first storms came through.
